Teaching objectives
At the end of the training, the participant will be able to:
Master the fundamentals of SAFe®, including principles and practices for driving a lean-Agile transformation
Establish team and technical agility, and organize around value streams
Adopt a customer-centric mindset
Successfully participate in key SAFe® events such as PI Planning
Explore SAFe® portfolio management
Prepare for the “SAFe® Agilist (SA)” certification exam

Intended audience
Managers, project leaders, program directors, product managers, and agile coaches. All individuals involved in implementing large-scale agility.


Prerequisites
Possess a strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including basic knowledge of agility and Scrum. It is recommended to have at least 5 years of project experience for the exam.

Certification
The exam is taken online, within one month after the end of the training, and is available in both French and English. It consists of a 90-minute multiple-choice test with 45 questions. To pass the exam, a score of 80% is required. Upon passing the exam, participants will receive a certificate and a one-year membership to the SAFe® Agilist community. Additionally, they will earn PDU (Professional Development Units) and/or SEU (Scrum Education Units). Certification must be renewed annually, requiring a fee of $100 and proof of 10 hours of continuous education.
